David Fotland joined the company in December 2000. In the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for all aspects of defining, designing, and developing next-generation Internet processor chips and connectivity solutions.

Gangesh Ganesan joined the company in March 2007 with the goal of growing Ubicom's revenue. Prior to joining Ubicom, Mr. Ganesan was director of strategic marketing and business development for the Ethernet/Enterprise Business Unit at Marvell Semiconductor.

Jon Gibbons joined Ubicom in October 2000. He is responsible for Ubicom's VLSI development. Prior to joining Ubicom, he was the director of workstation design at SGI where he led the development of MIPS- and Intel-based products.
