Gangesh Ganesan took over as the CEO of Ubicom in 2009. With a broad background in the embedded processing and semiconductor markets, Mr. Ganesan applies his marketing, sales and product management expertise to drive Ubicom's market share and global expansion in the 32-bit CPU market.
RK Parthasarathy
Vice President of Marketing
RK Parthasarathy joined Ubicom in 2009 and is responsible for Ubicom's Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Parthasarathy has developed products, driven marketing strategies, built and managed businesses in multiple areas of technology and markets, including processors, consumer electronics, mobile devices and networking. He is focused on driving corporate strategy, solution definitions, go-to-market strategies and execution for Ubicom.
Gopi Sirineni
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Gopi Sirineni joined Ubicom in May 2011. He is responsible for Ubicom’s worldwide sales organization. Mr. Sirineni is a 16+ year semiconductor and systems industry veteran. Most recently, he was President & CEO of Cloud Grapes Inc, which he founded, that offers Multimedia Cloud Services. Prior to CGI, he was Vice President of Applied Micro (AMCC), responsible for the Consumer and SMB (Small Medium Business) Business Unit and held marketing and engineering roles at CAVIUM, Marvell and IDT.
Jon Gibbons
Vice President of VLSI Engineering
Jon Gibbons joined Ubicom in October 2000. He is responsible for Ubicom's VLSI development. Prior to joining Ubicom, he was the director of workstation design at SGI where he led the development of MIPS- and Intel-based products.
Sener Ilgen
Vice President of Software Engineering
Sener Ilgen joined Ubicom in September 2002. He is responsible for Ubicom's software development activities. Prior to joining Ubicom, he led the mobile graphics software efforts at Intel and Chips and Technologies.
Rebecca Keogh
Vice President of Human Resources
Rebecca Keogh joined Ubicom in August 2000. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Keogh was a director of human resources at SONICblue (formerly S3), a leader in graphics acceleration and consumer electronics.
Chris Mausler
Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller
Chris Mausler joined Ubicom in 2009. He is responsible for all of Ubicom's financial and accounting activities. He has financial experience in leadership roles at companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Prior to joining Ubicom, he was director of finance at Xilinx.

John Stockton is a semiconductor industry veteran who has led numerous startup companies in his field. At Mayfield he is a Venture Advisor focusing on development-stage companies in the semiconductor, MEMS and EDA sectors.

Brian Melton is a Managing Director of Tenaya Capital. He initially joined the predecessor to Tenaya (Lehman Brothers Venture Partners) in 2000, and co-founded Tenaya in 2009.
