Align®, XSPAN® and XSPAN with SST3 WLAN
Wi-Fi is increasingly used in desktop and all-in-one platforms to provide robust connectivity to the Internet and to other computers, smartphones, and gaming and video equipment in the home or office. Qualcomm Atheros provides a range of performance WLAN options, including Align 1-stream, XSPAN 2-stream and XSPAN with SST3 3-stream 11n. Qualcomm Atheros’ 11n family offers actual user bandwidth ranging from 85 Mbps for 1-stream to 300 Mbps for 3-stream solutions. Qualcomm Atheros’ multi-stream solutions are offered in both single- and dual-band configurations. Our Wi-Fi solutions also provide robust rate-over-range to enable connectivity across the entire home or small business. All of Qualcomm Atheros' 11n solutions also support Direct Connect™ peer-to-peer connectivity.
Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth Technology
Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth technology brings added convenience to the desktop computing experience, by providing simple wireless connections to keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers and printers. Supporting the new Bluetooth 4.0 standard, Qualcomm Atheros’ Bluetooth solutions not only provides high-speed personal area connectivity, but also offers low-power mode to connect with battery-powered devices that aren’t traditionally “connected,” such as wristwatches, fitness equipment and home control systems.
