Qualcomm Atheros is taking an unprecedented approach to solving the home networking issues faced by many consumers. Qualcomm Atheros offers a variety of Hy-Fi reference designs based on various combinations of its XSPAN® wireless LAN, AMP™ powerline and ETHOS® Ethernet technologies. These designs provide networking manufacturers with complete hardware and software solutions that can be used to build a variety of hybrid home networking products, from routers to adapters.
